A family affair for over 20 years
Pourvoirie Domaine Touristique La Tuque, La Tuque, 2014
The Tremblay family have owned Pourvoirie Domaine Touristique La Tuque for over 20 years.
During his childhood, Dany would accompany his grandfather Roland, father Yvon and uncles Léo and Jean-Guy to his grandfather’s land to check their traps and survey the area.
Dany’s grandfather Roland was the guardian of Club Mimomaquam (later renamed Zec de La Croche). In 1990, Dany was studying electro-mechanical engineering in Trois-Rivières when he heard that the City of La Tuque wanted to sell Pourvoirie Domaine Touristique. Dany and his family made the decision to purchase the outfitter in mid-February 1991, and they have been happily running the business ever since.
