In its December 1st issue, the Minerve urged voters to shake off the Liberal yoke that has been weighing on them for too long, and to vote for Mr. LePailleur, the Conservative candidate.
The voters of Chateauguay answered this call by giving a majority of 261 votes to Dr. Laberge.
