Louis Antoine and La’staa’s great-grandson Percy was a champion calf-roper and All Around Cowboy who won his first steer-riding competition at age 16. In 1979, Pro Rodeo Canada honoured his 25-year career as a professional rodeo cowboy. He is also featured in the BC Cowboy Hall of Fame in Williams Lake. He later became Chief of the Cook’s Ferry Indian Band, a Nlaka’pamux First Nations government.
