Finding a vocation for Manoir Fraser

Between 1991 and 1994, the municipality of Rivière-du-Loup carried out several studies aiming to determine a vocation for Manoir Fraser. The results of the studies showed that it was possible to restore the manor and that it could serve as an interpretation centre for local history.
