The fifth manor of the Seigniory of Rivière-du-Loup

The fifth manor of the Seigniory of Rivière-du-Loup, located to the east of the present-day manor. Built in the early 1820s, it was torn down around 1888. Alexandre Fraser only lived here for few years before moving to Lac Témiscouata.
