An essential character: Fred Oberlander

You will be pleasantly surprised to listen to an interview recorded in the early 1990s in which we can hear Mr. Fred Oberlander, main shareholder of Milmont and last resident of the Miller’s house.

We are proud to share our discovery of this man’s rich sporting past, as he was an Olympic heavyweight wrestling champion in four countries and during the 1953 Maccabiah Games. These games constitute a major sporting event in Israel. These are often called the Jewish Olympics and they have significant political importance. In July 2022, Joe Biden became the first US President to attend the Games, during their 21st edition.
