A rusted waterwheel from a hydraulic turbine was left on the ground near the miller’s house.

A waterwheel spun by the water current inside a hydraulic turbine. Left on the ground near the dike, it testifies to the use of the water current on the Des Prairies River to power a series of mechanisms at various times in history.
