Concept Drawing of Pulp Tower
Circa 1895
Drawing courtesy of Sault Ste. Marie Museum
An illustration of the paper company pulp tower. The drawing has a number of features that were not present in the construction. A domed steeple/turret at the top of the tower was never built, but illustrates the Romanesque vision of the architect. Other Romanesque features that were included in the construction include crenellation surrounding the roof, turrets, and arched windows.
