Grist at the Mill

In November of 2014, a group of organizers planned a makers’ event called “Grist at the Mill.” The title of the event is a play on the proverb “Grist for the Mill” meaning everything can be made useful. An eclectic selection of craftspeople from across the country and the United States attended the event and gave workshops for the public in everything from barbering to guitar making.
