Sentencing of Alfred

You, Levesque, you were the driving force behind the whole conspiracy. It was you who set up this powerful organization so as to smuggle in and sell alcoholic liquor illegally, mainly in the area of Quebec City and the Lower St. Lawrence. Up until now you have been able to escape justice because of your intelligence and skill, but you must be severely punished because it is important that smuggling in our province comes to an end.  Accordingly, I sentence you to four years in prison on each count, the three sentences to be served concurrently.
