William Henry Vanetta and another man logging

Langley Centennial Museum, #0382.
The Vanettas were another Aldergrove pioneering family that would intertwine with the history of the Jackmans. William Vanetta was a witness to Philip Jackman’s Aldergrove land declaration. Additionally, the settling of the Vanetta’s resulted in the arrival of Mrs. Vanetta’s brother, Alexander Murchison Jr, who would later marry the Jackman’s daughter, Amelia Sara Jackman.
