Baptismal font and mural at Saint-Joseph-de-la-Rive Church

When they were commissioned to work on the renovation of the Saint-Joseph-de-la-Rive Church, a project they began in 1963, Alphonse and Charles Michaud were inspired by water, a theme central to the Bible and important to the local community, which was home to numerous mariners.
