Signal Corps in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania manufactured this military radio in 1944. The company designed the radio primarily for armoured fighting vehicles. Canadian soldiers used it during WWII and after, from approximately 1942-63. It is equipped with its own power supply and functioned wirelessly.
