This photo was taken on Perrault Street, from an eastern vantage point, on the corner of Du Portage Street and Principale Street. The photographer was standing on the roof of the Régal Theatre, Rouyn’s first theatre. On the picture, Perrault Street, one of the oldest streets of Rouyn, was not finished yet (you can see two trees still standing in the middle of the street) and the boardwalks had yet to be built.
