Richard Coates

Richard Coates, the builder of the organs in the Sharon Temple and the artist of the paintings above the doors.

Richard Coates was a Bandmaster and organ builder. He survived the Battle of Waterloo in 1815. He built the two organs in the Temple for the Children of Peace. Richard Coates also painted the two Children of Peace Banners.
