This Sea Ranger Cap and Scarf once belonged to Sandra Gaskell when she was a Sea Ranger in Oshawa in the 1960s.  In 2021, she donated this cap and scarf along with a scrapbook of photos from her time as a Sea Ranger in Oshawa.
