Cattle at Hall’s Landing, 1967
Revelstoke Museum and Archives photograph 12300. Photographer: Barbara Hall.
One of the last photographs of the meadows and land at Hall’s Landing, taken by Barbara Hall in June of 1967. On the land that had already been cleared, the grass came back in volumes. Later that year, Hall Bros. had a herd dispersal of their Hereford cattle breeding stock at the B.C. Livestock auction at the Kamloops stockyards.
This photograph is looking to the southeast towards Galena Bay.
