The “flats” south of Revelstoke, once settled farmland, now provide recreational opportunities for people. Biking is one of the favourite activities in the flats, along with bird-watching, dog walking, and other pursuits.
Accessibility to the flats varies with the water levels in the Arrow Lakes reservoir.
