The Bruck Museum, located at 225 rue Principale in Cowansville, is an art and heritage museum. Built in 1874 as a branch of the Eastern Townships Bank, this remarkable building features mansard dormers and impeccably preserved original woodwork. The architecture of the house is representative of the Second Empire style, popular around the years 1860-1880. In addition to housing an art collection and presenting visual arts exhibitions, the Museum works to promote the industrial heritage of Cowansville. The Bruck Museum is also part of the Townships Trail, a signposted tourist route that highlights the American and British heritage of the Eastern Townships.
