Ralph Maddocks, former manager of Bruck Mills and right-hand man of Gerald Bruck, during a filmed interview with Michel Racicot (right), president of the Cowansville Historical Society. Appointed general manager of production in 1969, he was the initiator of the modernization of the dyeing plant and the implementation of computer-aided technology.
