1981 annual commemorative service dedicated to the sailors

The photograph shows the grave of the unidentified sailors whose lives were lost in the Great Storm of 1913. Wreaths were placed on the grave during the cemetery. Shown in the photograph are John Erb of the Goderich Kismen Club, John Doherty representing the Town of Goderich and Ron Pennington, the founder of the service, with the Legion wreath.
