Goderich residents Anne Doherty and Lenna Pennington are shown here placing a wreath at the foot of the unknown sailors’ grave at the Maitland Cemetery. This was part of a ceremony to recognize the 90th anniversary of the Great Storm of 1913. The event was organized by Marine Heritage Committee co-chairs Paul Carroll and Jan Hawley.
