The Isaac M. Scott was built in 1909 by the American Shipbuilding Company and owned by the Mahoning Steamship Company. She was the sister ship of the Charles S. Price. The Isaac M. Scott was 504 feet long and had a 54-foot beam. During the Great Storm of 1913, she is said to have capsized, and not sank, taking all 28 crew members with her. The wreck of the Isaac M. Scott was found in Lake Huron in 1976.
