Summer Camp at the Leighton Art Centre, 2018

Summer is still for the children at the Leighton Centre and tie dye is still a project. As a textile artist, Barbara Leighton was very particular about how her students tied the knots before dying their t-shirts. She would inspect every one and if it wasn’t quite right, Barbara would send the child  back to fix their work.
