Preparations for the Bishop’s Visit

When the bishop came to the communities, arches were created throughout the community. Evergreen boughs were used to create these arches and young people and others gathered around each one to welcome the bishop. The bishop would visit the communities every seven years or so for confirmation. Here young people in South East Bight await the arrival of the bishop.
