German submarine U-69 at sea in the Atlantic. Crewman are seen on the bridge of the conning tower and around the 88 mm deck gun. Two crewmen are in a rubber dingy on the water beside the U-boat. Most of the sailors appear to be wearing shorts and no shirt, so the photo may have been taken during a re-supply at sea in the Caribbean.
