Michel Goyer: Essentially, I would say it’s to carry on what my predecessor and his team accomplished. What I’ve observed, and what I try to maintain, is his administrative discipline and also, I would say, the way in which he made the various heritage sites in Vieux-Saint-Eustache accessible to the community. That’s the main thing that is very clear to me. Also, everything must always be related to the mill’s mission. That means focusing our efforts on carrying on our initial mission, which is be a museum institution that is not only known, but recognized for its contribution. Finally, we must raise the Corporation’s profile and its credibility within the community. I think by building on those three pillars, we can go far.
