Ernest Labelle wishes the Corporation du Moulin Légaré many more years of success
Michaël Gravel and Corporation du Moulin Légaré
Ernest Labelle: The Corporation du Moulin Légaré will carry on for a very, very, very long time! I may be wrong, but I think it’s pretty rare for a non-profit organization to last 40 years without going through some difficult times. But the CML has gone nowhere but up, continually. It’s made constant progress, and it’s wonderful to see that. And I see new generations of young people constantly bringing new life to the organization. They bring fresh ideas to our programs for youth and school groups. I find it quite amazing that about once a year, someone comes to the Corporation as part of a program to develop new programs for schools and attract young people! The more that is done to promote it, the greater the chances that it will be protected. And now, it has been completely restored: the machinery and the building. There’s still work to do. The most recent work was building the dike. That’s really something. There’s still work to do, there’s always more work to do.
