Michel Goyer on the status of the Corporation du Moulin Légaré

Michel Goyer: I would say that for several years now, the Corporation has benefited from the trust of both municipal councillors and the City’s administration for its management, its program of services, and its administrative discipline which has yielded positive financial results year after year. The Board of Directors is quite representative, acts in accordance with the organization’s mission, and is well supported by a qualified, rigorous, professional team. For all these reasons, the Corporation enjoys a high level of credibility among political and administrative authorities. I’m also thinking about the active participation of the Vieux-Saint-Eustache revitalization committee, because right now, we have some thinking to do about Vieux-Saint-Eustache. It’s a priority for the Board, something that often finds its way onto the agenda. We’re continuing to talk about it, working on improvements that would position Vieux-Saint-Eustache as a kind of cultural hub, an attraction area. It will take time, but the vision is there.
