One of the many inns in Val-David. Built in 1946 just behind the train station, it unfortunately burnt down in 1949. Some of the other inns built in the 1940s and 50s included: La Paysanne in 1944, Hôtel Mont-Condor at Golden lake in 1945; La Belle Chaumière in 1946; Parker’s Lodge at Lac Paquin in 1948; Le Rouet in 1957; La Strada in 1958 (which later became the Auberge du Vieux Foyer); Le Rucher in 1963…
