The McGill Students’ Outdoors Club was previously known as the McGill Students’ Outing Club (MOC).
Founded in 1936, the MOC is one of the oldest outdoors clubs in Montreal. The MOC is an association of hiking, camping, canoeing, skiing, snowboarding, cycling and rock climbing groups. Since its earliest days, it has organized courses for beginners.
The McGill Outdoors Club is open to all nature lovers and is not reserved exclusively for McGill students. The MOC invites all university and college students to join.
