The Amphi Gold Mines’ Drill Core Shed

The drill core shed of the Amphi Gold Mines is one of the few buildings of Roc-d’Or still standing. The mining company began operating in 1937. The shed stood several hundred meters west of the village on the mine’s property. The investigators wrote that the shed “is in perfect compliance with the Mining Act”.
