Dr. Marion Hilliard

Dr. Marion Hilliard became the Chief of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Women’s College Hospital in 1947. She was “Canada’s best known woman doctor” by the 1950s. Dr. Hilliard wrote many advice books for women. Her articles appeared monthly in Chatelaine magazine. She also spoke about women’s health issues on the radio.
