Interviewer: You do your own training right in the hospital?
Dr. Hilliard: We do our own training. We train them not only for our hospital but for other hospitals-
Interviewer: Mhm.
Dr. Hilliard: -and they have classes of ten, fifteen, twenty. And that’s Dr. Ritchie who is loaned to us by the Banting to help with our pathology department.
