High-resolution multibeam sonar image of the four shipwrecks off Bell Island. It shows the location of the shipwrecks relative to Lance Cove and Bell Island. Saganaga and Lord Strathcona were sunk in the first U-boat attack, and Rose Castle and P.L.M. 27 in the second U-boat attack in 1942. Shallow areas of the seafloor are shown in red and yellow, deeper areas in dark blue and purple.
